Do credits have an expiration date?
Yes, credits purchased on demand are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase. For subscriptions, credits are valid as long as your subscription is active.
Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
Absolutely. Our subscriptions have no minimum commitment (except where stated for annual plans). You can cancel directly from your member area.
How does access to places work?
Once your account is topped up, simply book your spot via the app or website. On arrival, show your QR code at reception or scan it at the entrance.
Are meeting rooms included?
Yes, you can use your credits to book meeting rooms. The credit cost varies depending on the room size and booking duration.
Can I share my credits with my team?
Yes! With a business account, you can purchase centralized credits and invite your team members to use them according to the quotas you set.
